It’s important throughout the process that the welfare of the child remain paramount. Solicitors and, in particular, the courts all have a duty to consider the welfare of the child when determining the child arrangements. This is to make sure that the child’s feelings are heard and considered, taking into account their age and understanding, and to ensure that parents are capable of meeting the needs of the child in question.

Option 1 Criminal Defence Attorney Solicitor with more than 8 years’ PQE work on a fixed fee hourly basis and their hourly rates are £100 pound a hour with VAT included.
Option 2 Defence Attorney Solicitor with a PQE for 12 years is specialised in all laws and the hourly rates are £140.00 pound a hour with VAT included.
Option 3 Attorney Solicitor with a PQE for 12 years is specialised in all laws and the hourly rates are £240.00 pound a hour with VAT included.
